When a public figure dies and all that surfaces is a photograph from the funeral, that is the sign of a plan that worked. When you learn the size of the estate, the number of children, and which court is hearing it, that is the sign of one that did not exist.

If somebody dies, a celebrity passes, and all you see is photographs from the funeral, that means that there was a proper plan, and everything stays within the family, private.
So unless you want your noisy neighbors to know how many, or whatever you have, it is better to create a plan. The plan: the inheritance is protected from lawsuits, creditors. Kids are protected. Exactly what will happen. You have peace of mind.
